Feature:

1. Using the most advanced capacity balancing technique in the world, balancing is working at charging, discharging and static state all the time

2. It can transfer energy from higher cell to lower cell,even though the pack is discharging. So the pack can draw out all energy of each cells(0.2C)

3. It can adjust the capacity and impedance tolerance of cells. After using some period, the coherence of each cells will vary. At this time,the BMS can take the advantage of high technique balancing function.

4. It can extend the lifecycle of battery pack. It also has low temperature ascend when balancing working.

5. It can be made for your special project using 1Ah to 1000Ah cells.

6. Protection: Over-discharging voltage protection, over-charging voltage protection, over discharging current protection, short-circuit protection.

 

Connection:

 Please keep the order below1. Select suitble copper cables which are at least 10 square mm, make suitable terminals (the terminals must can bear 100A load) and fix the cables on the B1-, B2- and B3-(on Master Board). After fixing the cables on the B1-, B2- and B3-, connect (in parallel) the other side of the copper cables with A0 (the negetive pole of the first cell of the battery pack);
2. Select suitable copper cable (at least 10 square mm), make suitable termianls ((the terminals must can bear 100A load) and fix the cables on the P1-, P2- and P3- (on Master Board), then lead (in parallel) the other side of the copper cable as the negative output of charging & discharging port of the battery pack;
3. Connect the wires of the data wires to the cells of the battery from A0 to A19, from B0 to B19,from C0 to C18 (please be noted that when connecting the wires with the cells, the sequence must be from A0 to A19, then from B0 to B19,  and last from C0 to C18.A0 to the negetive pole of the first cell , A1 to the positive pole of the first cell, A2 to the positive pole of the second cell, A3 to the positive pole of the third cell…A19 to the positive pole of the 19th cell, B0  also to the positive pole of the 19th cell, B1 to the positive of the 20th cell, B2 ro the positive of the 21th cell... B19 to the positive of the 38th cell. C0 also to the positive of the 38th cell, C1 to the positive of the 39th cell, C18 to the positive of the 56th cell )
4. After the connection, check and confirm if the connection is correct or not with eyes; then to check the connection again with a multimeter; after confirm all the connection is correct, then connect the cells wires to the General terminal A, B and C, please connect the wires in the sequece from A0 to A19, and then from B0 to B19, last from C0 to C18. Please be noted that the electric welding iron for welding the wires on the cells must anti-creep and static electricity and have grounding wire, if not, it will destroy the BMS and can not be repaired any more.
