hyaluronic acid (also called Hyaluronan or hyaluronate) is an anionic, non sulfated glycosaminoglycan distributed widely throughout connective, epithelial, and neural tissues. It is unique among glycosaminoglycans in that it is non sulfated, forms in the plasma membrane instead of the Golgi, and can be very large, with its molecular weight often reaching the millions. One of the chief components of the extracellular matrix, hyaluronan contributes significantly to cell proliferation and migration,,The average 70 kg (154 lbs) person has roughly 15 grams of hyaluronic acid in the body, one-third of which is turned over (degraded and synthesized) every day. warning:

 Singfiller is only intended for use as an intradermal implant.

 Do not inject intravascularly. As for other injectable medical devices, inadvertent injection into blood vessels could potentially lead to vascular occlusion, ischemia and necrosis. Aspiration prior to injection is recommended. 

  If blanching is observed, i.e. the overlying skin turns a whitish colour, the injection should be stopped at once and the area massaged until it returns to a normal colour.

  Do not use in patients with bleeding disorders or in patients who are taking thrombolytics or anticoagulants.

  Do not resterilize Singfiller.

  Do not mix with other products prior to injection of the device.

nursing:

  1.Our advice is not to use hydropathic compress (ice facial mask) until 48 hours After injecting the Hyaluronic Acid, and meanwhile do not to press,The area where be injected, so that comes to a good effect.

   2. if Slight redness, itching , swelling, soft touch feeling on injection area exist after injecting. It is normal .and all of these situations will disappear in a couple of days .if these situations continue.Please consult your doctor to get solution

  3. swelling occurs on lip enhancement will last longer than other facial injections ,some treatments will keep one week ,during this period,The lip looks unnatural ,so remind you ,this is not final effect.And do not touch the lip directly In 6 hours after doing lip enhancement surgery ,but can wash softly using water and soap.

  4. before Initial swelling and redness disappear ,are not allowed to touch extremely hot or extremely cold area .for example , sunbath or swimming

  5.if the client got facial herpes before ,there is a little risk of causing other herpes happen on the point of injecting ( for example ,  herpes labialis)

  6.if the client is taking the Aspirin or other similar drugs,  and  there is a increasing possibility to Bruises or bleeding  on the inject area ,so please do not taking those drugs temporarily until becoming steady
