Operation instruction

TVC trivalent chromium technology not only can meet the need of chromate procedure

but  also can meet the requirement for environmental safety.

Trivalent chromium Cr-plating technology has the characteristics as follow:

      This process can eliminate the emission of toxic hexvalvalent chromium from the plating

factory. It can tolerate the block of current, has a good even-plating ability, improve the covering

capacity, reduce the burning situation on high current density area.

      This process uses graphite as the anode, and has long life, no pollution, no lead.

The sensitivity of metal ions impurities, which is in the bath, can be removed by

ion-exchange device,
