521 is a kind of water soluble environmental, high luster calendaring oil (Commonly called as burnishing oil)It has videly affinity with all kinds of ink,the adhesion force is strong , high transparency,has good gloss retention and color retention,intensive scratch resistance and scrape resistance,excellent resistance to elements,vested in presswork excellent specular surface effect.

521is a environment product, temperate lower ,is contain deleterious organic solvent.Its first-selected products for environment-protection, treasuring the health.

Performance

1)Appearance: yellowish, transparent liquid.

2)Solid content:42±2%

3Viscosity:50~60 seconds (20 TU-4# cup)

4)PH value:7.5~8.0

5)Dilution:add 15~20% water for attenuating

6)Coating5~8g  glue/m², hot blast(50~80 ),dry 3~5seconds, storage time≥0.5h

7)Press polish:bowl temperature(80~100),pressure120~150kgf/cm²,velocity20~40m/min

Notes:

Suggestion use the printing ink which is alcohol- resistance,and resistance to alkali.may use the clean water to wash the equipment, and use the ethanol to wash the clean varnish

Suggest that doing the experiment first while diluting and adjusting the viscosity.
