Applicability
Standard grade DHK-SG is the general EPS widely applied in expandable polystyrene series to be suitable for automatic vacuum molding machine and traditional elevating hydraulic pressure machine.
DHK-SG belongs to the raw material in standard expansion ratio to realize relatively light gram weight by one-time expansion and the lighter density after several expansions. It can be widely used in machinery and electronic products packaging, agriculture and fishery packaging vessel, thermal insulation and heat preservation material in building, fishery flotation buoy, crafts, food and drinking container, decorative material, lost foam casting and light apparatus with resistance to attack.

1. Property
The expansion ratio of SG can be a little higher to obtain good preservation and rigid molding. The product has the properties of good fusion, smooth surface, wide option for operation, good applicability and difficult shrinkage and distortion.

Storage Notice
1. EPS storage house should be better to keep cool and ventilated to avoid too quick dissipation of blowing agent and remain proper rate. The storage temperature should be best to be lower than 25°C and often maintain ventilation.
2. EPS contains combustible and volatilized blowing agent to slowly dissipate in storage, therefore, the place to put raw beads, foamed beads or molding should strictly prohibit any fireworks, static or sparks to avoid the dangers.
3. Try best to use fresh raw material to obtain the stable operation and good product.
