Metal oxide which doped aluminum to ZnO is know as AZO, the product is a relatively cheap, and cost-effective, environmentally sound transparent conductive material.
Maximum tolerable temperature can reach 1975 °C, conductivity deposition by evaporation could reach the limit 6 × 104Ω.cm, and high temperature stability is also very strong. It is considered as the most potential nano-materials for 21st century, can be widely used in transparent insulating film, transparent conductive film and IT industries on a variety of transparent electrodes.
