Mining chemical reinforcement materials are our self-developed materials and they have a completely intellectual property. This product is a double-component special polyurethane foam material. According to the requirements of coal production environments it has been added flame-retardant and antistatic materials. The product is mainly used in coal and rock reinforcement, the close of filling, plugging and pumping gas hole. Its construction process is simple, and easy to operate. Duration is short. Before foaming, the material viscosity is small. It can be penetrated into a small gap well. Its state turns from liquid into solid after mixing and foaming, and the volume increases. It has a high compressive strength and good flexibility, and able to withstand a range of ground movement.

Usage and operation:
Special double-component grouting pump operation is needed on underground grouting. Inject part A and Part B by 1:1 of the volume.
Storage and transportation
A, B component are installed in 25L plastic drum respectively. Weight are 25 kg and 35 kg.The product should be stored in a dry warehouse. Storage temperature is 5~25°C. Storage period is 6 months.In the process of transportation, move and put lightly. No insolating in the sunlight and rain.
