MS9 Emulsified Bitumen Slurry Sealing Machine

 

MS9 emulsified bitumen slurry sealing machine is developed, designed, and manufactured by XRCMC itself, which based on absorbing overseas advanced technology and having advance world level. This machine mainly uses for emulsified bitumen slurry sealing construction of preventable maintenance of first-class highway, and also can be used for slurry sealing, modified slurry sealing and cold material mixing. High efficiency and easy of recycling fund will be realize when use this machine.

2. Technical characteristics of MS9 Emulsified Bitumen Slurry Sealing Machine

Aggregate system

Aggregate bin: 45°side wall, 45°back wall; reinforced bin top; the space between bin and conveyer belt is sealed by rubber.

Vibrator: located in central bin, DC electric control.

Measure: readable gauge and locking device; counter.

 

Water system

Water tank: double welding flange rim angle, top inspection hole, level gauge, and antiseptic treat with special fiberglass inner.

Duct system: inhibited line pipe, valve and fitting, replaceable filter screen.

Measure control: console controlled solenoid valve, metering valve, and digital flow meter.

Pump: high speed and high power capacity super-centrifugal pump.

Sparge pipe: ON/OFF control by console; adjustable control valve of flux, truck full width spray.

Flexible conduit: 2 pistol lances, 1 high-pressure lance, they are all located two side of console.

 

Emulsified bitumen system

Bitumen tank: double welding flange rim angle, top inspection hole, cleaning hole and level gauge located on side.

Pump: variable pump run with large capacity low-speed to protect the flow of emulsified bitumen, which with the function of load emulsified bitumen.

Directional control: console controlled pneumatic three-way valve, ON/OFF relay adjustable.

Measure: Forward displacements pump calibrating measure; electric sensor and digital display system for selective.

Pipeline cleaning: water cleaning

 

Filler and fiber system(selective pairing)

Bin: larger angle slope lateral wall, overhead mixer, cleaning door.

Feeding system: continuing screw distributor, ON/OFF and back-gating, the 2 bins can feed individually.

Measure: console controlled speed changeable distributor, gauge.

 

Additive system

Additive tank: 230L stainless steel tank.

Pump: stainless steel, forward replacement.

Measure surveillance: console controlled changeable pump speed, glass flow meter, electric sensor and digital display system for selective.

Measure and monitoring

Measure: all material feeding is connected at the same variable speed shaft to ensure the continuing measure of all feeding.

Monitoring: all counters can return to O.

 

Mixer system

Mixer: wear-resistant body, reversing twin shaft mixing, adjustable angle of blade. High strength bolt connect with stop nut, and the blade easy to replace. No mixing dead angle, hydraulic motor driving, and the synchronizer ensure the same speed of two shafts. The mixer cover is hydraulic opening.

Feed appliances: console hydraulic control, left-middle-right feeding is allowed.

 

Engine system

Engine: DEUTZ 4cylinders wind-cooling diesel engine, 74kw, firing. Fuel pump connected with oil box of chassis.

Accelerator: mechanical accelerator pedal, pneumatic servo accelerator pedal is selective paring.

 

Operation and control system

Operation control: (H) hydraulic control, (E) electronic control, (M) mechanical control, (EH) electronic-hydraulic control, (P) pneumatic control.

Mixer: speed (H), ON-OFF-REVERSE (H), slurry feeder (H), cover ON-OFF (H), mixer leveling, up-down (H).

Feeding clutch shaft: speed (H), ON-OFF (H).

Aggregate feeding: bin gate opening (M), counter (E), OFF- ON (EH), vibratos ON-OFF (E).

Filler, fiber: helix speed (H), counter (E), ON-OFF-REVERSE (H). 

Additive: pump speed (H), counter (E), flow meter (E), OFF- ON (H).

Water and emulsified bitumen: pump flow rate (M), flow meter (E), OFF- ON (E), counter (E), pump OFF- ON (EH), internal circulation (EH).

Sparge pipe: flow (M), OFF- ON (E).

Paving hopper: screw distributor speed (H), OFF/LEFT/RIGHT (H), elevating (H), hauling (H), transverse moving, lift-middle-right (H).

Hydraulic system

Pump: plunger pump droved filler feeding system, additive pump; triple gear pump droved clutch shaft, mixer, screw distributor of paving hopper.

Control: control valve or electronic-hydraulic valve can satisfy all the required function.
