Features:

Material can be extruded out directly after two grades of mixing. It can also be extruded after two steps of pelletizing. The line is of characteristics of energy and space saving, stable performance, low power consumption, etc. Preheating feeder is installed at the top of extruder, which is to dry the wood powder firstly, thus perfect plasticization is guaranteed. Special-designed scrrew will minimize cutting force, which prevents wood fiber from being damaged. Both srew and barrel are specially processed, which are of featured of abrasion proof and long life span.

The complete line is consisted of following parts: conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit and stacker, which can also be coordinated with different kinds of moulds to produce PVC door & and window profiles, foamed special-shaped profiles. decoration plates, etc.

The final products (PE, PP or PVC wood plastic compound profiles) are of wide appliacation. They are mainly be used for trays, box boards, flooring, outdoor decorative materials and so on. The wood plant fiber increasing rate is as high as 50%-70%. The line is of good adoptablity, which can be used to process different materials such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS and so on.
