2.  Process introduction

2.1  producing workshop

2.1.1  material feeding section

By 3-5 ton loader, the raw material-chemical gypsum contained with free water is loaded into raw material hopper and to automatic feeder, which is the initial weighing measuring device, to control product output and quality. After the device, the material is conveyed by belt conveyor to next section.

2.1.2  calcination section

Phosphorus gypsum continually enter into the fluidified gypsum calcinator to be calcinated. The calcinations temperature is 130~180. By adjusting calcination parameters such as temperature, various kind of calcined gypsum can be produced to meet the demands to manufacture different final gypsum products.

2.1.3  Product storage

The calcined gypsum product is transport through a lift to product stock bin.
