 The details of YX65-300/328/400/425/500 and taper no crimp curving machine are as follow:

1.Main technicial data:

(1) Curving machine can curve several types of sheet:YX65-300/328/400/425/500 stragiht panel and taper panel ( the big end width is 600mm,the small end width is 200mm),

(2) One sheet panel can curve several positive radius and negative radius. Minimum positive radius is 3m. Minimum negative radius is 12m.

2.Quality requirment

1).All of rollers surface should be painted with hard chrome

2).The surface of formed sheet should flat and straight without scratch

3).The formed sheet should accord with GB/T 12755-2008

3.Terms of payment:

30% deposit is required by T/T within ten-business days from the contract signing date

70% is required by T/T prior to ship equipment from our company.

4.Test material

It is the responsibility of the client to furnish sufficient testing panel to China for testing at least 20 days prior to ship equipment from our company. All costs relating to the local transport customs clearance and local taxes for the sample material will be paid by the customer.

5.Service after sell:

1).In correct operation & maintaining,the machine is guaranteed for one year since leaving our factory excluding the electric elements.

2).If necessary,MWIN company will dispatch a technician to the factory abroad to install & regulate the machine with USD 50/day. The buyer should assist MWIN to get the Chinese technician's visa and should pay for the round trip air ticket and the local accommodation.

6.We can also design and manufacture according to customer's requirement.
