MACHINE FEATURES
DL150 horizontal directional drilling machine can be applied to underground construction of cable and pipelines. In uniform or mixed earth it can drill cross 300 meters long and 700mm diameter pipeline.
The machine uses five pumps hydraulic system with two hydraulic oil tanks,water cooling system which enables it work in hot area. The power head is driven by two motors with various speeds. (The power head can move in three speeds and it has two rounding speeds).
A The working table
The working table is composed of the instrument, buttons and handling stick. The machine will work under the order of these components.
B Oil cylinder and chain system
The oil cylinder push pull system offers the drill rigs the most predominant out power. It can work efficiently even when the backward force reach its max force.
C Rubber track
The under pan part employs rubber track which reduce the damage to the ground.
D Mud pump
DL150 employs Hengyang brand mud pump——BW-150. Its max mud flow reaches to 150 liters per minute. The pressure reaches to 7 Mpa.
E Power head
The main axle has four speeds and the power head can move in three speeds. Its high work speed makes it a competitive product among its components.
F Engine
DL150 equipped with Shandong WEICHAI R4105ZG8 engine.
