PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Geosynthetic Membrane Machine is Junsheng's innovation in China, breaking the situation of previous similar equipments relying on import. Compared with the old forming process, this equipment forms a shape of earthwork film sheet at one time with high efficiency, low energy consumption. It also solved the problem that the compression strength of old rolling forming earthwork filmis not ideal. After unique mechanics design, the thickness of earthwork film is well-proportioned, and the compression strength is over 50% higher than similar products. Earthwork film is a kind of multi-functional membrane performing comprehensive protection, professional waterproofing and drainage. Its quality is up to the international advanced level, completely changes the situation that high-quality earthwork film can only rely on import. All the equipments, from the calendar, traction machine to the rolling machine, are all especially designed and manufactured based on the structure of earthwork film. The thickness range of the products is 0.1-5.0mm, width up to 5000mm.
