Useage:

Foaming machine:
Specilized foaming machine adopts high-tech shooting techniques to produce foam, airspace formed in the materials by airhole, the inside structure is hermetic micropore with even foam. This machine can cut down the foaming agent by 50%, and increase the foaming speed more than one time
Mixing Machine
1500 type mixer can mixing more than 1.3 m3 materials per time, which can produce 10pcs partition board. This machine can make the mixing capacity to maximum. It adopt the helical blade to mix with no blank area, blade soften process can remain the foam to reduce the foam loss less than 2% (the other mixer foam loss is more than 5%). This mixing system includes automatic water weighing part, to ensure the water percentage in mixing materials, and reduce the labor and manmade errors.
Foaming agent advantages:
The foam is stable in the board, will not collapse once formed. Long foam keeping time to 120 ~ 300 minitues, but the general foaming agent can keep about a few minutes only.
High strength and toughness, the foam loss is very low after mixing and transiting by pump. It forms independent close airholes, and the close airholes rate is more than 90%, higher close airhole rate for foaming concrete, better for heat resistant.
High adaptability for cementing materials. After the foam entering into the cementing materials, it becomes more stable, without negtive effects, but accelerant .
