This product complies with the national standard of first-class concrete pumping agent in building material industry (JC473-2001).
Type TJ-FDN-106P high-effective pumping agent has β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate as fluidization component, has air entraining component, retarding component, and intensifying component. It has good adaptability to cement variety, less air entraining, and remarkable water-reducing and intensifying effect, can prevent concrete mix from isolation or block in the pumping pipeline and improve its pumping performance. Without sulfate and chlorine salt, type 106P has no rust effect on steel bar, can be used to make C40-C60 levels fluidized concrete and high strength concrete for various projects.
Main Technical Performances
1. Type 106P is divided into power admixture and liquid admixture. The power admixture is chocolate brown; and the liquid admixture is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable.
2. The addition of type 106P powder admixture is 0.5-1.0% of cementing materials used; the addition of liquid admixture is 12002500ml/100kg cementing materials; water-reducing rate is 13-20%; strength can be increased by 30-50% in one day or three days; by 20-30% in seven days; and by over 20% in twenty eight days.
3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concrete can be improved to 180-220mm from 40-50mm by adding 0.75-1.0% admixture, which is suitable for making high-strength pumping concrete.
4. On the precondition of keeping the design strength of concrete, adding type 106P pumping agent can save cement 10-15%.
For example: Use Evergreen P.042.5-level Cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, the artificial gravels of Φ531.5mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of not less than 80Mpa, and drinking water, to prepare C40-level high-performance pumping concrete (Only for Reference)

Usage
1. Add 0.5% type 106P (calculated as dry power) to prepare early strength concrete; Add 0.75~1.0% to prepare C40~C60 pumping concrete.
2. Type 106P power admixture can be prepared into solution with a certain concentration or directly added.
Best Method of Adding Admixture
When you first use this product or are to change the variety of cement, please make necessary trial mix testing for the amount and method of adding admixture, according to engineering requirements and conditions and referring to above instructions.
Packing and Storing
1. Type 106P powder admixture is 25kg/bag, packed in plastic bag internally and in woven bag externally. Type 106P liquid admixture is packed in plastic drum or supplied in bulk.
2. The power admixture shall be kept in dry place with precaution against dampness. But the damped power will not be affected on its effect, and can be used after proportioned to water solution.
3. Type 106P powder admixture has a service life of two years; liquid admixture has a service life of six months; admixture beyond its service life can be used again after concrete trial mix testing.
