HM-1.2B Structural Carbon Fiber Sheet was widely used in the reinforcement of concrete structures.

1. Application Range

1) The remedy repair and strengthening of the plate and beam of concrete structures.

2) The strengthening of the openings around the wall and sheet.

3) The strengthening of beams of wooden buildings, etc.

4) The strengthening of bridge plate, bridge pier and girder.

5) The remedy repair and strengthening of tunnel and cable lines.

2. Product Characteristics

1) Light weight, easy to use, easy to operate and not require large-scale machinery equipments.

2) If there are situations that pipes were put interleaved or subjected to space constraints under the flat sheet, operation can be easy.

3) When pasting carbon fiber sheet, gel adhesive does not flow, can reduce the conservation of the surrounding environment of operation.

4) The shape and weight of components are not changed after reinforcement.

5) The reinforcement effect of 1 layer of carbon fiber plate is equivalent to 4 to 8 layers of carbon fiber cloth, so that can make the operation become labor-saving.

6) Because the strength and stiffness of carbon fiber plate are very high, need not carry out complete paste to structures, with the reduction of surface area to be processed, the generating dust and debris can be reduced consequently.
