Functions and features

A. Features of ZnO resistors   

 

Good nonlinear property and large flow rate  

 

With ideal property of constant pressure de-excitation, and fast de-excitation is enabled 

Under each operating condition, including extreme accidental de-excitation, the conditions for de-excitation by current inversion remain substantially unchanged

With good property of voltage limiting and the property of blocking can be automatically restored after voltage absorption

Small leakage current, typically less than 50μA, under normal conditions, small dissipated power, and aging speed

 

 

B. Features of SiC resistors

Small size, large energy capacity for each unit 

Safe and stable performance, for direct use, needing no protective measures
