It can externally connect main axis control panel. such as transducer or DC electric motor speed governor. Can deploy signal output, and can deploy the application by PC to use on cooling fluid, the degree of tightness about chunk and so on. (double relay output, on and off at the same time). 4 wire origin/mechanical limit signal input, and it can externally connect mechanical switch, groove model light-couple, proximity switch and so on. Through enable controlling the breakout adapter can externally connect unit corrector to realize unit corrector operation of the 4 axis.(supply voltage:5V) Can externally connect dead-stop press . If occur some emergency, you can stop the machine urgently. All output signals are changed when pass the smit trigger, and it has no limitation to the rising and trailing edge. PCB breakout adapter use double-side wiring and grounding with large acreage copper on it to make sure the integrity of all signals. It can break away computer paralle port to realize the stepper motor operation by manual. ( onboard stepper pulse signal generator). The security protection function of charge pump makes the whole set of CNC system be not in chaos when the computer cannot output demand signal normally.
