1 System Overview
This model is composed of true factory equipments. It arranges according to the distribution of factory operating room, electric room and workshop spot. The simulation of factory environment makes the trainee be personally on the scene. By refining factory core technology, the model covers four typical parameters: pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level. And it also covers the most common advanced technology: PLC, frequency converter, encoder, step motor, servo motor and automation instruments. The control cabinet of the model arrangement using an industrial standard. The model simulates assembly line processing flow of: automatic supply of three kinds of material, mixture, heating and churning production of three kinds of material, ration canning, manipulator transporting, belt conveying, stereoscopic warehouse automatic storage.

3 System composition
XK-MX6B model is composed of three-pump frequency conversion constant pressure water supply subsystem, PID control liquid level subsystem, PID control pressure subsystem, PID control flow subsystem, on-and-off control subsystem, three kinds of liquid hybrid reaction subsystem , churning subsystem, PID control temperature subsystem, PLC control subsystem, upper computer monitoring subsystem and automatic instruments subsystem.
