QGT-1 series solid state H.F welder( 150 KW )

      QGT-1 solid state H.F welder is specially designed for straight seam welding. It includes Inverter output unit,DC power unit,central control Unit,water-water(air-water)heat exchange unit,and rectifier isolation transformer.

1.Inverter Output Unit

      The inverter part is made up by MOSFET single phase invert unit in parallel type.

Each pair of unit has 50KW ability. The pairs can be built up to reach from 50KW to 1000KW power rating. Each unit has self-diagnostics ability. All the design is to ensure easy installation and maintenance.

      Automatic load matching system ensures the most efficiency and lowest mill cost. Furthermore, the welding transformer is not needed.

      The protection circuits are specially designed. It can ensure the stability and safety of the welder, even in open and short circuit condition. Also it can afford coils arcing to reduce mill stop.

2.DC Power Unit

      DC Power unit includes rectify, flight wave, and control parts. 3-phase full-controllable thyristor rectifying bridge and flight wave reactor, flight capacitor and filter ensure stable DC output and ensure high quality welding. The stable control system ensures the safety of the welder.

Current meter, Voltage meter and control system are equipped in the DC Power Unit. With these the welder is controllable even without central control unit.

3.Central Control Unit

      Installed with LCD,power and speed adjust module; Indicate the output current and voltage of the DC Power unit; armature voltage and current; field voltage of the DC speed adjusting unit. The pipe line can be completely controlled by the Central Control Unit.

4.1. Air-water Heat Exchange Unit

A. Sealed circulation system, distilled water cooling to avoid scaling.

B. High efficiency of thermal radiating, low operating cost.

C. Small area covered, easy handling, avoid reservoir.

4.2.Water-Water Heat Exchange Unit

A. Sealed circulation, outer water (normal) cools down the inner water (distilled water), no scaling.

B. High efficiency of heat radiation, low cost, applicable to large power H.F equipment.

C. Reservoir is used for outer water.

5.Rectifier Isolation Transformer

    The input rectifier part .To ensure stable power supply and insulate the power grid.

6. Two-dimension Adjustable Table

    Two-dimension adjustable table can adjust the welder in X direction and Y directioon very conveniently.
