DX-7B Crystal Ingot X-ray Orientation Unit has 2 work tables working at the same time. There is a bracket on work table to orient the end/cylinder planes of cylindrical crystal and, also, orient the wafer end. On work table it can be done orientation of wafer’s reference side, in instrument accuracy ± 30”, minimum reading is 1”.
