It mainly tests the thermal conductivity of plastic, glass, fiber, foam and other materials and is applied in material properties detection organization, scientific research institution, quality detection department of factory, Institutions of higher education teaching and research.

         GB/T10295-1988 Thermal Insulation-Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties-Heat Flow Meter Apparatus;

         ISO/DIS 8301 Thermal Insulation-Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties-Heat Flow Meter Apparatus;

Main technical parameters:

      1. thermal conductivity range 0.015~2w/m.k;

      2. maximum temperature: hot plate <300°C with the heater control, cold plate with refrigerating thermostatic water bath make it below room temperature, its minimum temperature can be -20°C;

     3. digital temperature measuring, accuracy is better than 0.2 level;

     4. sample size requirement: 200×200×(5-20)mm or 300×300×(5-20)mm;

     5. it can be configured thermal resistance or heat flow meter device according to your requirements.
