Characters:

Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance,.They are anti-static, easily colored, need bo be processed with polyolefin material like PP,PE,PVA,EVA.etc. Degradation rate can reach to 100% under laboratory environment in 2-3 years.

Application range:

anti-static packing film & membrane producte.g. home appliance packing,car interior covering, dust-proof packing,document folders,tear-on-roll bags,aprons,garbage bag,etc.

 

Processing equipment:

Common film-blowing machine,cast-film extruder, bag making equipment,printer,heat-seal machine,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable.  

Processing technology:

Best results will be achieved with a screw L/D ratio ≥28:1.The blow-up ratio should be more than 1:3 to achieve the maximum production yield and the best quality.It can be blended with LDPE to process film products, but the rate of our material should not pass 40%.Newly made film feels brittle or  crispy, elongation is low. this is due to severe dehydration  during production,therefore, the film needs to be settled for 24 hour to regain elongation and anti-tear strength before being used to make finish products.The minimum thickness of film made of such material can reach to 0.01mm

Remarks:

Can not be directly processed,cheaper than PE and PO Do please sealed and store the resin in a dry environment to avoid absorbing moisture.Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80°C,and then can be put into production.The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
