CP-400 Series Two-shaft tyre crusher/ shredder’s main function is to process waste tyres into rubber chips (usually between 4-7 cm).
Instead of using whole tyre crusing method, in which whole tyres are directly put into tyre crushers, we usually use disassembling + crushing method. Usually we use various equipments to first remove the bead rings, the strongest part in a tyre, then cut the tyre body into several sections before putting the tyre into crusher.
