Steel wires generated from waste tyre recycling often have lots of rubber attached to them, this can cause serious problem when recycling them directly as waste metal, such as burning down steel refining equipments and air pollution. By separating the steel wires and the rubber attached, it becomes much easier to recycle the steel.
