Specifications
The raw materials for waste tire, waste rubber, and waste plastic and so on,
you can choose the model according the productivity and you need.
First: We mainly have four models as below:
LN-6000 per batch can do 5tons; you can do 3batch in 2days, so average is 7.5ton,
LN-2600-6000 per batch can do 8tons, per day per batch, so per day do 8tons,
LN-2800-6000 per batch can do 10tons, per day per batch, so per day do 10tons.
LN-2800-6600 per batch can do 12tons; per day per batch, so per day do 10tons.
Second: processing time
LN-6000 feeding time is 2 hours, processing time is 8 hours, cooling time is 2 hours, and slag come out time is 2 hours.
LN-2600-6000 feeding time is 2-3 hours, processing time is 10 hours, cooling time is 2-3 hours, and slag come out time is 2-3 hours.
LN-2800-6000 feeding time is 3 hours, processing time is 12 hours, cooling time is 3 hours, and slag come out time is 3 hours.
LN-2800-6600 feeding time is 3 hours, processing time is 14 hours, cooling time is 3 hours, and slag come out time is 3 hours.
Third: Power and fuel

You just need heating the machine use fuel at the beginning and at the end, you just need use waste gas heat the machine at the middle. So generally, per ton raw material need 60kg coal, except coal, you also can use firewood, fuel oil, gas and so on.
Fourth: Delivery time
We will deliver the machine within 15-25days after get the advance payment (30% of the total amount).
Fifth: installation and catalyst
After you order the machine, we will send the engineer install the machine and training your workers. It is free, you just pay the ticket, accommodation and food is ok.
We will supply the catalyst formula after you order the machine; you can buy it at your local.
Sixth: Port of shipment
Generally, Port of shipment is Lianyungang port, because Lianyungang port is near our factory.
