Basalt fiber fabric/cloth:
Basalt fiber fabrics are woven from continuous basalt yarn (diameter under 9µ) which can be custom-made to your needs. This fabric can handle temperatures of -260°C to 650°C. Different coatings can improve their properties including better flexibiliy, wearability, wave transparencies, water resistance, radiation resistance, thermo-shock resistance, chemical resistance and excellent temperature resistance (both high and low).
Properties:
resisting the high temperature of 700, and resisting the low temperature of -270 better flexibiliy , insulating heat, high elasticity module resisting chmical corrosion, high elasticity moduleApplication:

Small tips about the usage of the material:
- Oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry (tanks, filters, technological pipes).
- Building construction (heat-insulating materials, chopped strands and armatures for reinforcement of concretes and building units).
- Chemical and pharmaceutical industry (flues, ventilation systems, pipes for aggressive liquids and gases transporting).
- Food industry (pipes for liquid foodstuffs transporting).
- Radio electronics and electrical engineering (bare printed planes, insulation tapes, fabrics, sound-proofing materials).
- Motor-car construction (filters, brake blocks, exhausts, tyres).
- Aircraft industry (fire-proof engine components, brake blocks, sound-proofing for mufflers).
- Machine- and shipbuilding (heat-insulating and cold-insulating materials, pipes).
- Municipal economy (pipes for water supply).
