The ceramic inductor zinc pot bottom is circular arc, the furnace wall is vertical. Two pcs inductor, tilting upwards 30º, are symmetrically set on the both sides of zinc pot. The zinc pot body includes pot shell and inner liner; the pot shell is box-shaped welded body, made of steel plates, it is the steel structure. The inner liner, designed according the upper limited thermal equilibrium working conditions, is a combination of two cells “fire-resistant, heat insulation”; its inside is heavy aluminum brick masonry fire-resistant layer and its outside is heat-insulating layer, made of light bricks and asbestos bricks (or calcium silicate board), the heating-insulating layer is also the furnace body’s each part swell-shrink compensator. The inductor is the key part of the ceramic inductor zinc pot, the structure of spray flow pattern inductor is advanced, and the spray flow pattern melting channel can achieve adequate heat exchange between the zinc liquid in the melting channel and the zinc liquid in the furnace. The temperature uniformity inside the furnace is good and the life of inductor is long. The pot is equipped with wind cooling system, it is convenient to install and maintain. The demountable performance with high temperature makes exchanging inductor just taking few hours, greatly reducing the shutdown time.
