1. Crusher: Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting.

2. Dryer: For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before feeding them into Biomass / Charcoal Briquetting Screw Press.

3. Charcoal Briquette Screw Press: Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermoplastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, that binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

4. Carbonization furnace is a stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal briquette. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption.
