New Design Three Drum Sand Rotary Dryer

Our new design three drum sand rotary dryer is developed on the common rotary drum dryer, which enhance the heating efficieny and decrease the workshop space. Pls view the following specified features.

A. Features

1,          High technology, adopting Germany technology, keeping warm by itself of the body, heating efficiency up to 80%(single drum dryer heating efficiency is only 35%), lower comsumption, capacity increases highly.

2,          The length is shortened by 60%,save the workshop space and decrease the construction investment by 40%.

3,          Adopting heat-resisting anti-friction alloy steel, long service time, easy maintenance.

4,          Heating efficiency, outer drum temperature is lower than 60°C, but the single drum surface temperature is higher than 150 °C. The outlet temperature is only max 60 °C for easy discharging.

5,          Lower temperature of the outlet, it is good for using the dust-collecting device. It can match the cyclone dirctly.

6,          The construction investment decreases by 50%, the electricity consumption goes down by 60%.
