This flange type filter housing is suitable for treating a flow ranging of 18~300Nm3/min. Connections DN65~DN250 are available.

There are five grades of filter element for XF series compressed air filters, allows you to design a system that

delivers the air quality you require.

1. Flow range:18Nm³/min ~ 300Nm³/min at 7barg(100Psig)

2. Filtration grade:0.01Micron ~ 3 Microns.

3. Max working pressure:16barg/232Psig

4. Max working temperature: 65°C (120°C is available also)

5. Features:

a. Extension current route to slow pressure drop

b. Filter housing is made of high-quality aluminium alloy and carbon steel.

c. Surface is coated with epoxy resin powders so as to improve the durability and corrosion resistance (DACROMET processing).

d. Threaded connection is used at inlet and outlet. Filter housing is marked with flow direction of air, with easy installation.

e. Compact design is to reduce the space for maintenance.

f. New pressure indicator can indicate the best time to change the filter.

g.  Level indicator can be convenient to monitor the liquid level and pay attention to the state of preventive maintenance so as to avoid downstream pollution.

h. Reliable automatic drain

i. Accessories such as deferential pressure indicator (DPI), liquid level indicator,and automatic drain are optional.
