ZSJZ Water Flow Indicator;

   ZSJZ type water flow indicator is a component part of automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system, driving vanes through water flow in the sprinkler pipe network. It actuates the micro-switch to transfer water flow signal into electric signal, while connecting to the controller so as to start automatic fire alarm system. The indicator can be used for checking the operation of automatic sprinkler system and helping determine the area on fire, applicable to wet, dry and pre-acting system.

  There are grooved type, clamp type, flanged type and saddle type.

Connecting types include saddle, clamp, flanged, threaded, welding, etc. Plz refer to attached figures. Among them, saddle type is especially suitable for reconstruction or expansion project, clamped type connecting piping projects, etc. It provides such convenient and quick installation that only two fastening bolts have to be screwed down.

During installation, make sure that the direction of media flow in the pipeline is in conformity with the direction of arrow shown on the water flow indicator. During installation, make sure that the vane does not touch the pipe inner wall and , the rotation of vanes and driving link is flexible. After punching a (1)-42mm insert hole on the piping, make sure burr keep the electric junction box of water flow indicator upright and pointing upwards. The two clamp nuts should be tightened symmetrically.
