On Mesh ASTM 20 retains                    35-90 %

 

4.      Microbiological properties:

 

Aerobic Plate Count: max. 100.000 cfu/g

Coliforms: max 500 cfu/g

Molds and yeasts: max 500 cfu/g

Salmonella: negative in 25 g

Escherichia coli: negative in   1 g

Staph aureus: negative in 1 g.

 

5.      Shelf life:

 

12 months from elaboration in its original package and storage in cool and dry place.
