AD Shiitake Mushroom

Dehydrated shiitake shall be made from sound, mature, good quality material grown on certified land. This product shall be prepared, packaged, stored and shipped in accordance with Good Manufacture Practices. Dehydrated shiitake shall be free of pests, pest damage, or contaminates from animal sources. Product shall not contain genetically modified components and not treated with ionizing radiation
