The product is the main material for bakery industry, and is a high-performance bread additive.

 It can enlarge bread volume to a fold; make the texture more soft and homogeneous and the surface smoother; mellow the mouth feel, and prolong preserving time. With using the product, 3 - 8 kg normal flour can be added into the bread specific flour to lower the cost without decrease the bread quality. When used with GY8200 Flour Flavoring Agent, it can make bread volume increase to a fold and more aroma and sweet.

 Main ingredients: lecithin, starch enzyme.

Usage and notice: the product does not change traditional baking method and technology. It should be noted that dough-mixing time should be decreased to appropriate extent to prevent texture of dough breaking, bubbling or gluten network collapse when the product used.

Use level: 0.3- 0.5%.
