Energy conservation and environmental protection has been an important subject on the present society. In the oil industry, large consumption of hot and electrical energy is the long-term problem. The freezing vacuum system designed by Zhengzhou Yuanyang group, adding refrigerator and heating exchanger, the freezing water coming from refrigerator and the cooling water coming from atomospheric condenser can exchange heat through heating exchanger, and the temperature of cooling water can be decreased under the temperature of 8°C. The capacity of vacuum pump and condensable gas, and the stability of vacuum system can be improved effectively. In addition, air pumping loading of the later primary steam ejector and steam consumption can be reduced, thus reduces the consumption of the whole steam ejector, and saves energy effectively. Because of the circulating cooling water in the sealing state, the odor components can be condensed in it by heating exchanger, without volatilization through cooling tower. Also, the accumulation of distillates and pollution on the cooling water tower and air of traditional processing can be reduced, to attain the purpose of environmental protection.
