We are a professional manufacture for agitated kettle.
Construction:The pot,System of agitation,System of control ,System of heating.
1.The pot: Volume: 150L,Maximum Working Volume:120L.
The construction of the pot: It is made up of 3 layers.The bottom side is a standard oblong end enclosure .
Inside of the pot is made of imported SUS304 whose thickness is 4mm .The inwall is dealt with polishing.It can achieve the function of corrosion resistant.
The disposition of pot body:Pot cover of semiopen type ,Discharge hole in the bottom,bleeder valve is the valve in the bottom.

3.Control system
There is built-in temperature sensors,thus it can easily-control of the temperature of inside pot.
It devices with electric cabinet .
4.Heating system
It have 3 kinds of heating:Heating with circulating(<60°C),Steam heating(60°C-110°C),Electrical heating(>60°C) depend on what heating temperature do you need.
The creative construction of interlayer contribute to evenly heating distribution,short boiling time and efficient heating absorbtion.
If the temperature is high that maybe scald person ,it will be designed with a protecting layer.
