This is machine can remove the sand,stone and wheat surface feculence by water washing,and then go into drier after washing

this machine is mainly composed of two parts---water tank and drier,accomplished feeding,drive,drainage and aerator . Water tank is welded by steel plate and is decumbent flatly,which one part connected with housing of drier the other parts assemble with drive gear box. Up inside of water tank is washing screw conveyor,while bottom is stone screw conveyor .I the other side is a limber .

Its work principle : With opposite revolve,transmit direction of washing screw conveyor is also opposite.Washing screw conveyor transport wheat into drier,while stone screw conveyor take out the stone to opposite direction;washing screw conveyor immerge in water partly while stone screw conveyor immerge in water fully , Running of screw conveyor caused stir of water in water tank,When wheat fall into water stream,it can not fall down and become suspend because of small gravity and then it will be pushed into drier gradually by blade of washing screw conveyor,......................................................................
