Application of Pellet Machine
The Pellet Machine is good for making sawdust pellets, feedstuff pellets. The compressed straw piece is suitable to be used as fuels and feedstuff of animals. Such machines are suitable for large farms, breeding plant, feeding stuff plant, etc.
The Pellet Machine is also used in granule forming of many industry, such as brewage, refine sugar, paper making, medicine, tobacco, etc. and it is the idea equipments of biomass organic fertilizer producing enterprise.
Raw material of Pellet Machine
The raw material of could be straw, wood-dust, bamboo powder, cotton wood, peanuts shell, clover, etc. The granule diameter less than 8mm, moisture content about 15% is required.
The Process for making pellet:
1. Crushing in the raw material into small granule which is suitable for the pellet machine.
2. Drying the granule to make sue the moisture content is controlled in 15%.
3. Pelletizing, cooling and packing.
