2,Bonding Method:

Use various hot air seam sealing machine , or high efficiency compounding machine

3,Application

Mainly apply to PU.PVC coated fabric, widely used in tent, raincoat, police vestment, army field garment, navigation clothes and ski wear and so on.

4,Workmanship

Applying machine: Hot Air Machine

Remark: Necessary adjustment on hot air machine’s temperature , speed , roller pressure and distance between the fabric and nozzle is required based on various fabric texture and final bonding strength.

5,Wash:

Satisfactory adhesion for wash and dry cleaning resistance varies with different fabric/fabric finish. In order to get better performance ,each fabric should be tested individually.
