These series alternators can be couple with various internal combustion engines to from the gen-set for stationary or mobile power and suit for primary and standby power.

These series alternators adopt class H insulation.

Frequency

Rate frequency of these series alternators is 50Hz, rate voltage is 400V. According to the users requirement, we can also make 60Hz, 400V or 480V.

Power factor

The power factor of this series alternators is 0.8(lag) and 1. We can also design alternators whose power factor is less than 0.8(lag).

Steady voltage regulation factor

Steady voltage regulation factor of these series alternators is between ±1%.

Transient performance

When power factor is 0.8(lag), add rate load suddenly, the transient voltage drop is less than 15%, and when power factor is 0.8(lag), reduce rate loud suddenly, the transient voltage rise is less than 20%UN, stable time is less than 1.5s.

Curve

Line voltage curve sinusoidal deviation factor at no load THD is less than 5%Telephone harmonic factor is less than 5%.

Voltage adjust range

Parallel

QFW series alternator for land use, when it assembled parallel peration mode, it can work on parallel operation condition.

Terminals and terminal box

Normal alternators are 3 phase, terminals are connected on the connection plate of the the non-driven end. It makes connect with AVR very easy that large terminal box is made of steel.

Mechanical Performance

Form

QFW series alternator for land use has single bearing and two bearing generator for user choose.

And supply conversion link connector and driven chip with main motor.

Protection

Protection class of QFW series alternator for land use is IP23, if necessary, we can improve the protection class. Protection class of outlet box is IP44.

Balance

All of this series alternators rotors have been dynamic balanced, according to ISO 1940.

Rotating direction

 All of this series alternator can rotate bi-directionally. Face to the shaft extension, rotating clockwise is positive phase sequence.

Over speed

The max over speed of QFW series alternator for land use is 1.2 rate speeds, and last not exceed 2 minute.

Mechanical structure

QFW series alternator for land use is made of high-quality steel plate Q235 which welding together. The material of the shaft is 45# steel.
