1. Panel's profile

  The appearance of the male and female model edge panel are designed and structure in layer to ensure a perfect and securely sealed joint between the panels. this technique will prevent condensation on the joint between the panels. This technique will prevent condensation on the joint whether is caused by inside air leakage.

 2.Prefabricated Panels

Prefabricated panels, sandwich type. Heights range : from 2.400 mm to 15.000 mm. the panel consist of two outer skins with an inner insulated centre made of self - extinguishting polyurethene resins, high insulation coefficient with standard density : 38 - 40 kg/m3 and high preasure injection techniques. Finnished : self -extinguishing stainless steel, galvanised plate or galvanised-prepainted (color bond). Panel's range of thickness from 50 mm to 200mm.
Floor inslutaion, manufactured to the traditional system, this is necessary for low temperature cold rooms and recomended for normal temperature cold room. Insulation by self-extinguishing polyurethane foam, injected between the claddings at an everage density of 40 kg/m3.

Camlock system

panels are connected either through a dry-joint, a male - female device with patented reversible cam lock system and special sealing gasket. this locking system makes it possible to dismantie and re-assamble it elsewhere, when ever required 

Corner Panel
