Melt-blown Nonwoven Sound-absorbing Materials

 Introduction: 

1 Fiber fineness of material is 0.5-1.0μm.

2 The random distribution of fiber provides more opportunities for thermal bonding fibers,so that melt-blown gas filter material has a greater surface area and higher porosity(≥75%). 

3 PP as the raw material,its fiber diameter can be reached 0.5-10micrometers.

4 After unique processing, the microfiber has better sound absorption and heat insulation performance.
