Work Principium:

The ultrasonic filtration system component are ultrasonic control chest, electric transducer, syntonic ring. The transducer transfer the high frequency electric vibration produced by ultrasonic control device to high frequency sine style lengthways vibration wave. It passes the vibration wave to the syntonic ring in order to produce sympathetic vibration, and pass the vibration onto the screen surface average. At the same time of the materials on the surface are doing low frequency vibration, add the ultrasonic vibration, the screen block will be avoid successfully and improve the capacity and productivity. The vibration separator filter is drove by a vertical motor, due to the installation of the upper and lower weight on each side of the motor shaft, which can convent the motor rotation into a three dimensional motion, including vertical, horizontal the springs. By changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weight while needed, different grain flows can be provided to meet the necessity.

This kind of machine has the self-cleaning function, so that the mesh can not be blocked up and it is not necessary to add up any devices about that, such as bounlrs etc. It also has the characterastic of changing the screening material and the lifespan of the screen mesh lasts long in the operation. It screened the particals which are 40--500 items, especially over 100 mesh, then the granularity may be raised by 1--70%, the output may be improved to 10 times at most, and also can solve some problems, such as strong absobability, being easily to reunite, high static electricity, high density, and so on.
