HRLGL series vertical paper band filter removes impurities from coolant (oil) by filtering paper. When impurities accumulate overfull, fluid level raises, then proximity switch which controls fluid level sends a signal. And drive mechanism transports dirty paper to collection box. Meanwhile fluid level lower, drive mechanism stops, and then new paper enter into next cycle. All running achieves automatic control or operation. This device can prolong the service life of coolant and cutting emulsion (oil). It has the features of large flow volume,less occupation area and can improve surface precision of process part. The filtering accuracy is 20 ~30μm.
