ZSG Series Heavy Vibrating Screen

ZSG Series Heavy Vibrating Screen is a kind of newest and efficient sieving equipment, which bears a linear track of its screen boxs movement. This series screen has simple structure and strong sieving ability with low energy consumption and easy maintenance, widely applied to Mining Industry, Coal Industry, Electric Power Industry, Metallurgical Industry, Building Material, and Refractory Industry etc. for grading the big materials, medium, small granular materials.
Power unit of this series screen has two types driving form of vibrating motor drive directly and common motor drive by the junction box indirectly, can satisfy different needs of operating environment. There are several sieving surfaces i.e. Metals Knit-net, Bar, Founding, Welding, and Punching, have single-level structure or multi-level layout, can satisfy different operating requirements.
Selection description
1 ZSG Series Heavy Vibrating Screen has a total of 11 set models and 2 structural forms i.e. open and close type, can be applied to different requirements of operating environment. Please make sure to use the right voltage system and pay attention to explosion-proof requirements if any in its application.
2 The equipment can be installed in pedestal and hang or the combined ways among other ways. This should be under fully consideration when a model is selected.
