HY-914 Room Temperature Fast solidifying Epoxy Adhesive Agent
   It is mainly made up of new type epoxy resin and amine hardener. It is classified as A and B. It can be stored for a year.
Feature
1.       Fast solidifying speed: It is up to the highest adhesive force after in 25 for 3 hours or 20 for 5 hours. It is 5-6 faster than the common biphenyl A epoxy resin.
2.       Adhesive intensity of 25 for 3 hours after solidifying is as following:
Anti-cutting intensity: Alloy-A122-25Mpa, Stainless Steel 27-30Mpa, Copper and copper alloy 15-17Mpa.
Tensile strength: Common steel 55-60Mpa is 1.4times of the common solidifier.
3.       Good water and oil resistance performance. Its 1 time or so higher than the common constant temperature so 1indfying glue, and it wont reduce after 200 hour of 120 heat aging.
4.       Good water-fast and oil resistance performance. The intensity will not decreased even if it is put into the dropsy or gasoline for a month under the normal temperature. Or in the boiling water for 24 hours.
5.       Good water-fast and oil-proof lashing performance:
It wont change after keeping for half an hour in the constant temperature and then quickly putting it into-60 dry ice-ethanol liquor for half an hour and then into the 60 and such-and-such 5 cycles.
6.       Convenience: It is not SO strict as the ethanediamine, etc hardener so it neednt weigh correctly when mating the glue, it only needs the similar ratio.
Application
   It has good adhesive force to such materials as metal, porcelain, glass, timber, bakelite etc. It can repair the small area of the metal parts or the metal in 60 such as: military tool, work, vehicle, ship, radio instrument, handcrafts etc. But it cant adhere to the following material, polythene, PVC, polystyrene, organic glass, etc.. And it also cant adhere to the parts which receives strong impact.
Using method
1.       Clear the surfaces to be adhered to, make them kept from oil and rusts.
2.       Squeeze the two compositions out on clean ware or paper according to the ratio of A:B=5:1, blend the two compositions quickly, paste the blended adhesives on the clean surfaces rapidly, then press the surfaces together.
3.       At the normal room temperature, it can be hard by solidification after one hour, and it will be completely solidified after three hours.
Notice
1.       Tightening the cover after using it and it is still effective later.
2.       It had better be used in 20. The intensity will be reduced although it can still solidify. The solidifying time will be further shortened if the temperature is higher than 25.
3.       It can arise the reaction quickly as soon as A and B are mixed together. It had better be used up in 5 minutes. The confection quantity should not be too much. Nor dose it adhere to the large area.

Packing and Storage
1.       Aluminum tube (A50g, B10g) 60g per box, 50 boxes per chest, in 6kg iron drum group.
2.       It should be stored is the place of dry good ventilated and pressurized in the storage. Storage life: 1 year.
