Through many years' effort, CTRI has successfully developed carbide scarfing inserts for removing the welded beads.  The inserts have the following features:
1.High scrapping accuracy;
2.The tool materials have high hardness, good wear resistance and impact proof;
3.Good cutting performance. With the speed of 80m/min, at the temperature of 1200C, the tools can remove all the 3-5mm-hgih beads inside and outside the welded seam in a single operation.
4.Three grades and 30 varieties available in full specifications.
