Usage: V-blocks, used in testing, line drawing and position setting of precision axies and the mounting in mechanical machining.

V Groove is set on each of the 4 surfaces. V Groove Width is set with various measurements 2 pcs make up 1 set. Base and V Groove of the 2 pcs are Parallel

Grade: 0-2

Working surface finished by hand scraping, it is widly used to test the straightness and flatness of workpiece and equipment installing.

Best working temperature 20±5°C.

1. Specification: the special specification product can be made according to the drawings.

 

2. Usage: V-blocks, used in testing, line drawing and position setting of precision axies and the mounting in mechanical machining.

 

3. Material and processing: The material is high strength gray cast iron HT200-250 (same as GG20-25), and the hardness of working face reaches HB170-240. It goes through twice of man work processing (heat anneal treatment by 600° and vibration seasoning to reduce the internal strength) in order to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.

 

4. Accuracy: It is in accordance with the procedure of state standard for measurement and inspection, which is divided into three levels of 0-2
