HD-B-03 Hydraulic Edge Cutting/Pressing/Hemming Machine is applicable for the inward, outward edge hemming/pressing of round metal parts.

3. Operation Procedure and Maintenance:
(1). Before start the machine, please check the oil tank if the oil is sufficient, the main shaft base if need to add oil(to add oil every 15 days) and the upper to lower pressing mould is rightly tightened. After all is normal, get ready to start the machine.
(2). First switch on the machine thru the power control panel and start the oil pump motor, then start to work regularly.
(3). a) First put in the working part,
b) Tread down the foot switch to finish the part,
c) Take the part out when stop.
(4). When off work, must stop the working state of the oil pump, switch off the machine.
(5). Use YT-N32(YA-N46) ordinary hydraulic oil, must change the oil every 10-12 months
Later and refill oil.
4. Machine Installation and Adjustment:
(1). Machine Installation:
The machine must be installed on the flat cement ground and be fixed with the hexagon screws and bolts.
(2). Power Switch:
There is a 4-section cable from the machine, three sections are 2.5 power line, the lefty one(black or yellow) is 1.5 zero line. Important: When install the machine, must be connected with the ground.
